I realize it's once again been a very long time since I've posted on here, but raising a baby will do that to you! Things have been hectic of late, and this just hasn't been as close to the top of my list of priorities as some other things.
My little man is growing into such a precious little boy! He's now 6 1/2 months old, which is completely unbelievable to me. Everyone that urged me to stop and take notice because "they grow up so fast" were so right. It's amazing to see him growing and reaching each milestone, but it's also very sad knowing that before long he'll be all grown up. He's just under 20 lbs and just slightly over the 50th percentile for weight and height. He's sitting up, trying to crawl, "talking" all the time, and loving all the solid foods he's eating. He's sleeping through the night almost every night... and yes, we know we're very lucky! He's such a sweetie and has brought so much happiness to our lives!
Jared and I celebrated our third wedding anniversary today (even though we started dating over 10 years ago). We spent the day at home, which was nice. We plan to go out of town this weekend for a couple of days to have some time to ourselves. We will be leaving Noah with family, but just overnight. I am so lucky to have such a wonderful husband that is so caring, thoughtful, helpful, and a great dad! Hopefully this will be year 3 of 100 together!

I was visiting Manea's Many Treasures blog, and I on her profile, she had your blog as one that she follows! I really like your blog and pictures! I had my son when I was 29, he now is 15 (yes, I am old:)) and your blog is sort of like a window to my past! :) Keep up the good work....mothering an infant is a lot of work, but it is a joy that just never ends. I understand the part about never knowing that you could love someone so much. I used to say that all the time when my son was a baby. It is just the most precious time EVER!
